At Veloura Jewel, we take great care in preparing and delivering your jewellery safely and securely. Please read our delivery policy before placing an order.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver orders within Sri Lanka. Delivery availability may vary depending on the customer’s location and the courier service coverage.

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, security checks, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 5–7 working days after payment confirmation.
For customized jewellery, made-to-order items, or items requiring size/purity changes, processing time may take longer. The estimated completion and delivery time will be informed before confirming the order.
4. Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery for all confirmed jewellery orders.
Please note that additional delivery charges may apply in special cases, such as:
· Re-delivery due to customer unavailability
· Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
· Exchange requests due to customer preference or size change
5. Delivery Method
All jewellery items are delivered through trusted courier partners or store-arranged delivery services.
For security reasons, delivery details may be verified before dispatch.

7. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, and any special delivery instructions.
We will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect contact details, incomplete addresses, or the customer being unavailable to receive the order.
7. Receiving the Order
Please inspect the package at the time of delivery.
If the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
For high-value orders, customers may be required to provide proof of identity or sign a delivery confirmation.
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver due to customer unavailability or incorrect information, re-delivery charges may apply.
If the order is returned to us, the customer may be required to pay the additional delivery cost for re-dispatch.
9. Delays
While we make every effort to deliver on time, delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, weather conditions, strikes, or other unavoidable circumstances.
We will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by delivery delays beyond our control.
10. International Delivery
International delivery is currently not available unless specially arranged with us before placing the order.
However, overseas customers may place orders and arrange collection within Sri Lanka through a relative, friend, or any person visiting the country on their behalf.
